Get to know Beam Talent’s founder, Missy Lafferty.

I spent over a decade in human resources and recruiting, touching nearly every aspect of the people function including corporate recruiting, people analytics, recruiting operations, employer branding, and product management of HR systems. I have experience in technology and financial services, across global companies and startups, and have led teams spanning three continents.

Now, as the Principal of Beam Talent and advisor to early stage startups, my mission is to help leaders grow their companies through hiring that is intentional, equitable, and data-driven.
